   Ans. One dozen equal 12 units mean 12 mangoes in one carton or ‘peti’

  1. What is the minimum order I can place for Devgad Hapus Mango?

   Ans. You can order the minimum shipment of one dozen. For consumers, we have a product range between Rs 1,000 to Rs 11,800 grade-wise.

  1. What is the Devgad Alphonso mango grade range?

   Ans. The grade range Differ by the size of mangoes. There are 6-grade ranges starting from 300 gm/mango avg. to 175gm/mango avg. Price also differs with respect to grade.

  1. May I know about shipping charges?

   Ans. We do not charge a single penny from consumers. All shipments are free of cost.

  1. What to do if I received damaged and rotten Alphonso mangoes?

   Ans. All prices mentioned on websites are based on ‘per peti’ or 1 dozen. However, this is not applicable to our upcoming products.

  1. Are all mangoes dispatched in which conditions like semi-ripen/ raw/ripped/ semi-raw and others?

   Ans. Depending on the location, shipment time, and atmosphere we deliver our products. Humid locations like Mumbai and Konkan Belt, we deliver ripe mangoes. Then, locations that take 2 to 3 days for shipment we provide semi-ripen mangoes. Finally, locations that take 5 and above days for the shipment we deliver semi-raw mangoes.    Ans. Yes, we provide a COD option for all of our consumers. However, we recommend using the online payment mode for a good shopping experience.

  1. How much time do you take for the delivery?

   Ans. For nearby locations like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and others our logistics take a minimum of 3 days to reach the order at your doorstep. However, 1 or 2 days extra also sometimes it happens according to the climatic conditions or government restrictions (due to pandemic).

  1. What shipping mode do you prefer?

    Ans. In both medium, we provide our shipment services. For nearby locations like Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, we use road transportation. And for outstation orders, we ship orders through airlines.

   Ans. We provide discounts for bulk orders above 5 Dozen. Also, for repeated orders, there is some cashback or extra mangoes on an order.
